One of the players on the Sandwich Name Game mentioned a hot roast beef sandwich with mushroom gravy. I found a super roast at Aldi, and I made mushroom gravy tonight. It was delish!

My husband and son loved the great hot roast beef with mushroom gravy.

We didn't have sandwiches tonight; it was more of a big bowl of soup night, but I have tostaguacs for tomorrow night. They are made with a tostada shell, refried beans, cheese, corn bean salsa, and a big dollop of guacamole.
