As parents we're often so busy taking care of everyone else, we forget or don't take the time to take care of our own needs. Share your suggestions on what you do to help make sure you are well taken care of and in your best mental mindset for raising our children.

One way to take care of the parent is to take a few hours each week just to connect with ourselves. Especially if the parent is a lone parent. Be sure to do something just to feed the soul.
