Do you plan to get anyone in your family winter sport gear or anything to encourage outdoor winter play? Anyone gifting skis, sleds, skates, etc.? I would love to hear your ideas and how you plan to encourage healthy outdoor activity in these cold winter months!

My eldest kid may have lost her good winter gloves and hat. This would make it impossible to be outside long where we live. I may put replacements in her Xmas stocking.
In the past, I have gotten my kids new sleds and snowboards for Christmas. Something called a snostick was popular a few years ago - it was a fairly affordable cross between a skateboard and snowboard that didn't require special boots, knee pads, etc. I haven't purchased one, has anyone here tried them?
