To all or none,
Many subjects ,I do not write about, many visitors not being ready to read such truths.
However,Impermanence is one of the foundations of Buddhism.
No one ,nothing is eternal.Every thing, human, vegetable, stone ,will one day disapear.reapear in another form,a continuum, nothing gained nothing lost.
You are not born and you do not die, just the continuum of the karma until desolved by enlightenment.

One very important document in Buddhism is the Dhammapada.
It was written by Buddha and is considered as one of his
middle discourses.

I have taken part of the section on old age #11.Here what it says.:2.Behold this body a painted image,
a mass of heaped up sores,
infirm, full of hankering
of which nothing is lasting or stable!
3.Fully worn out is this body,
a nest of disease, and fragile.
This foul mass breaks up,
for death is the end of life.
4.These dove-colored bones are like gourds
that lie scattered about in autumn.
Having seen them, how can one seek delight?
5.This city (body) is built of bones,
plastered with flesh and blood;
within are decay and death,
pride and jealousy.

I thought of that part ,when before going to bed, I was applying cream to my lower back, knees, shoulder, one which i have lost 50 % of my strength due to a bursitus,my knees 8 tares.Mucus accumulating in my throat ,my voice 50% of the volume it was.Left ear 50%..loss of hearing, brain damaged by atheriosclorosis However, you would meet me on the street and see me with my half smile looking great, dressing well, eating what I feel like eating except meat.
Never forget that when you are born, you already start aging and dying.
