Last couple mornings the shower head has looked like an avalanche in stop-motion photography... Possible to have Granpappy wire up a heater out there?

He is out digging in his tool shed now, looking for old heater parts and wiring. He can have that fixed in no time at all.

Meanwhile .... grab a warm quilt.... come sit by the old wood stove in the kitchen and I will get you a cuppa something hot to warm you up.

I've got my cup of hot chocolate warming up my hands right now. It sure is comfy here in the cabin with the fire going, Phyllis. Maybe we ought to whip up a batch of blueberry muffins to fill our bellies. Granpappy just brought in a batch of homemade butter.

Granpappy has gone up the mountain to look for the perfect Christmas tree. He should be coming home about any time now. He took his sled with him. I hope he does not come careening down the mountainside too fast -- last year he missed the cabin and sailed right on down into the Paw-Paw Patch and right on through to the hog pens. It was not a pretty sight after we got him out of the muck down there.

I do recall something about Granpappy wanting to try out for the US Bobsled Team.

Well, I just hope he misses the hog pens then, or I will have to heat up a lot of water to fill the tub in his shed for his bath. He likes a good bubble bath.

I sure hope he misses the hog pens too. I am not looking forward to having to help pull Granpappy out of all that sludge down there.....

Beetle, Granpappy should try out for the bobsled team -- with you coaching him, the two of you just might win that exciting event. smile

Hey, Granpappy really needs to work on his starting sprint. He'll never make a good time down the track unless he can move them feet a bit quicker.

<Maybe we can get him running the hills by telling him the revenuers have been spotted heading this way...>
