Honestly - contact your local AVON lady. I still wear pieces I bought 20 years ago. They also have fine jewelry, sterling silver, gemstones, etc.

If you have a Beall's (or online) look for Kim Rogers jewelry - they have wonderful pieces as well.

I usually don't like to share my secrets, as i want them ALL for me.. haha, but if you're looking to shop online , i use PinkMuah.com they have a variety of fashion accessories items, VERY affordable, plus they have a customers reward program and every time i shop i automatically earn store-credit so i end up accumulating store credit and shop for FREE !!! which makes it even better for me. JC Penney is NOT CHEAP, if you're looking for affordable prices and great quality, there is definitely other places. :)

They are not cheap at regular prices, but they do have nice pieces on clearance. I'm a clearance shopper.

:) Aw that's a different story :) Everybody loves a GOOD deal, i just don't seem to find the items i want on clearance, that's why i shop online specially when i get rewarded, etc! :)
