Still having my "morning" protein shake. I had too much chocolate last night & it rearranged my sleep schedule something fierce smile

Do you guys find you have problems sleeping sometimes if you eat poorly?

Yes, as a diabetic, I absolutely have sleep issues if I eat poorly. Too many carbs before bedtime is sure to either knock me out for a short time only to awaken me with feet pain.

When I eat lightly and well, my blood sugar levels are even which means I sleep more soundly.
