While for most, vigorous exercise means 20 miles of running or hours and hours of physically taxing workouts, scientists are now discovering that relatively short duration,even as little as 2.5 minutes of high-intensity interval training could be the key to long-term weight loss.

Venitiz, wow 20 miles, I can't imagine. You are right about high intensity interval traiing or HIIT. It is becoming discussed more often in exercise journals.
