You�ve seen the pictures: the water looks like cotton candy and there is a gentle mist lying on the rocks. Capturing soft flowing water or motion blur is easy in shutter priority or manual mode. With a neutral density filter or two, a tripod, a cable release and a manual camera you can create beautiful photographs worthy of hanging on the wall.

Perfect Freddie, did you get the 8 stop or the 4? I have used two 4's together in the past. Look forward to seeing some of your photos.
