Beginning Yoga Students Start Here

Hi Terri, Thought of sharing some tips for beginners yoga students here. There are so many resources available on internet like you tube and there are also websites that teach yoga at every level online so spend some time on internet and Google. You can also buy yoga DVDs and practice at home. You can start practicing at home just by following those videos so just spend a little time and things will get clearer.

Chandler, there is yoga material literally everywhere. Not everyone has access to a yoga class and in that event I recommend DVD's for beginners. It is fun to do some surfing on the net to see what's out there but you have to be careful and make sure the material you are looking at is a reputable resource.

I always recommend beginners start in a class if at all possible. There is so much a teacher can show you that you would never learn otherwise.
