Yes of course the stress management is very much important but I wll say critical for the women , and the better you manage it the better will be your life having more fun in daily life.

Stress is something that everyone struggles with. Although the solution to stress is easy. In this video I explain what stress is and the best way to relieve with it. May my words help to create a better stress free life for all of you smile

I think essential oil helps very much in stress management. They relieve pain, mental tension and you feel enriched with fresh. It also improvises the anger and exhaustion and calm down the emotions.

You must sleep in time and also think positive always.I try doing yoga when I'm stress and it really works.
