My family absolutely loves when I make seafood lasanga. However since the ingrediants can be a bit pricy I only make it every few months.

I put in shrimp, scallops and imitation crab meat. I use alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozerella cheese, parmasean cheese and a little shredded cheddar cheese just to give it some color.

It's delicious.
