I thought I had posted, a while back, what I tend to do every day for yoga, and now I can't find it. I was curious if I've been changing it over the years without realizing it.

Here is what I am doing right now. Most are done "both sides" like tree pose on the left then right leg.

Standing twists (arm flapping like coat sleeves)
moon pose
Tree pose
sun salutations
warrior 2
seated twist
cat-cow
cat-cow flow
laying twist
bridge
savasana

What do you guys do as your routine? How often do you tend to do it?
