Living in more than one reality can exacerbate, or possibly even cause, mental health issues. This is the first in an occasional series about magick and mental health.

What a great and important article, Ian. Very critical for anyone venturing into this field.

I was concerned about my own mental health and how it could be affected. After consulting with various professionals, I was assured that I have a strong mind.

But it is good to keep vigilant about one's own mental health status. It does change.

Good move Lori smile. It's important to keep grounded and realise what mode of reality you are operating in. For me it's the martial arts, for other people it can be gardening, cooking, or sports.
