Are there anyone have recipe for cooking slightly fried dumpling with pork?

It is a bad idea to slightly cook pork. Pork can contain a parasite or a bacteria that is very harmful to people. Google undercooked pork.

I hope that you found this helpful. If you want a slightly cooked dumpling, make it with meat that is already cooked.

There are all types of Chinese dumplings. Are you talking about the steamed kind or the pan-fried? When you say "slightly cooking" do you mean that the bottoms are fried but the tops are steamed? That is a potsticker.

In Japan, we call them gyoza.
