Hate seems like an uncivilized emotion to me. It is something that starts, never as a whisper, but as a rude, out loud disagreement that one cannot control. Maybe we can not control it, because we cannot define or properly express our thoughts, ideas, and emotions about a subject.

Great article, Yvonnie. I find hate to be ugly, all consuming, and life draining. Hate changes a person and puts them in the dark. It is so much better to have love and tolerance.
