I modified the ANZAC Biscuit recipe to use what I had on hand. They were a hit in Kansas.

I'm so please Connie, they are the sort of biscuit that you can add or subtract ingredients. We've just been on a 10 day driving trip and I made two batches of Anzacs for my husband. Only three left, and good as they day they were baked!!
