Not sure. I was just talking to someone the other day whose son (they don't work for Target or Wal-mart) got sick, unfortunately in order to not lay off employees, the company opted to eliminate medical benefits for everyone accept management.
That is bad!
It does the raise a great question though, if you are unemployed and were offered a job that did not have benefits, would you take it?
