I made potato salad as my contribution to a 4th of July bbq.
It is always a big hit.
Potato Salad receipe.
5 lbs. of potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
celery � diced � about 1/2 cup
onion � diced � about 1/2 cup
celery seed to taste
add to cubed potatoes
mayonnaise � about 2 cups
capful of white vinegar
pinch of sugar
sweet pickle juice to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Mix the mayonnaise, capful of vinegar, pinch of sugar, sweet pickle juice in a separate bowel until smooth. I use a mayonnaise jar.
Add to potatoes and mix well.
Refrigerate.
