I recently did a shawl that called for a grafted bind off both at the beginning and end of the pattern. (It had a provisional cast on) The one at the beginning worked very easily, because I could work it with the provisional leader in place. The one at the end took me three tries and still was not the greatest. Any advice?

I found this: http://www.yarn-store.com/technique-alternate-provisional-caston.html
It is based on techniques used by machine knitters.
Are you going to be grafting an edging to the bind off edge? Or ar eyou just looking for the most invisible bind off for the pattern?

I found this tutorial, Sock Knitters stretchy bind off I believe I've done this, and it gets easier with practice. Have you thought trying it on a swatch, just for practice?
