Aniplex of America has announced that the first two Puella Magi Madoka Magica films, Part 1: Beginnings and Part 2: Eternal will make their theatrical debut in the United States in October 2012.

The films will be distributed by Eleven Arts, who will make them available in select theaters in five major cities across the U.S.

Here the theaters and locations showing the two films:

Downtown Independent in Los Angeles, CA from October 19-25, 2012
Big Cinema Manhattan in New York, NY on October 20, 2012
Music Box in Chicago, IL on October 20, 2012
Alamo Drafthouse in Houston, TX on October 20, 2012
New People in San Francisco, CA on October 20, 2012

Aniplex of America has announced additional screenings of the first two Puella Magi Madoka Magica films in Chicago and Houston.

Chicago's Music Box Theater has added a 9:30 p.m. screening on October 20, 2012. As of this writing, Houston's Alamo Drafthouse has not updated with additional information.

Aniplex of America has announced that the company will be hosting an additional screening of the two Puella Magi Madoka Magica films at New York's Big Cinema Manhattan on October 21, 2012.

According to Aniplex, tickets should be starting to go on sale for this additional screening.

Aniplex of America has announced that Big Cinemas Manhattan in New York City has added another showing of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica films.

This screening is on October 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
