I was going through some old files and found a reference to an obituary in Texas. The person was the son of my ancestor. I found the library and sent an email and they sent me the obituary. It mentioned his parents, being a member of the church in Georgia where most of the family attended, and mentioned that he had only been in Texas for two weeks when he died. It gave his birth date as well but not his wife's name, however, I did have that in my files. He was 30 years of age. It filled in some information about this son.

Go through your old notes once in awhile to see if you've missed something.

Very cool! Sorry for the delay in getting back. You are doing an awesome job Angie. I would love to find an obit like that.
