Just to add on to the tips you outlined in your article-you should also buy foundations, tinted moisturizers or bb creams that already contain SPF so that you can still continue with your normal skin care despite the temperatures. You should check out BRTC store for some BB creams that contain a high SPF.
Did you know sun screen and other lotions can damage clothing? When applying, make sure skin is fully dried before getting dressed. The oils and other products, including alcohol, can stain and discolor fabrics!
Sometimes people think sunscreen is a summer-only thing, but absolutely we should still consider sunscreen in the fall and winter. It's surprising how our skin can still be damaged by the sun.
