Has anyone used or heard of derma rollers before? There is Groupon deal for a derma roller and collagen cream set for only $29! If you have used it before, what did you think about it? It supposedly helps reduce wrinkles, large pores, stretch marks, and scars.

I've heard of Derma Rollers a type of skin treatment, but have not experienced them personally. It might be a good idea to search online and read a few reviews about the product.

It is a good product but just you have o take care about it's needles sometimes it damages your skin.

yep, i've used my dermaroller for a month now along with retin-A and vitamin C serum, so far i have had great results! i roll once a week, have done it maybe 5 times so far and my skin deepest acne scars are slowly getting more shallow. its a long process but you will see results. oh and you can check a few tutorials on youtube. one guy named ray starts with really bad skin and slowly it improves, i'll try and link it here. it gives people like us hope!
