I here by define the in a very unique way that the Yoga is a exercise of the global in which every person like it either male or female very flexible exercise especially for the children to keep and make their body strong and healthy.

Basically yoga is known as an exercise of women, men, children. Yoga exercise is becoming famous in all over the world, it controls breath of any human being, it is a simple meditation which keep you healthy and make strong with physically and mentally. Paralysis attack can be handled by yoga exercise. I also do yoga for staying healthy and strong.

As an Indian, Yoga is a spiritual exercise & form of meditation that has been practiced in India for many many centuries to further the entire well being of the body, mind & most importantly, the soul or spirit.
