Yesterday I had a green smoothie for lunch and a greek salad for dinner.

Today I'm making a collard salad and a kale salad. Both greens are hearty and hold well for a few days. So, I have lunch and dinner for the next two days.

Green smoothies, full of spinach, for breakfast, Yay!

You all are so healthy! Puts me to shame! :-)

Yes it's my lunchtime which means I'm having my very veggie salad! Cheese tomatoes olives, pomegranate dressing! How about you? Are you whipping up something delicious?

Yesterday, I had some crunchy water, AKA Iceberg Lettuce. The wedge had a sprinkle of garlic sea salt, a bit of mayo, and some blue cheese! Yum!

LOL crunchy water, I love that Connie It's filling and has good fiber in it! Just make sure to eat some nutritious things too - your body needs nutrition!
