You make a good point. I thought I needed a therapist until I stopped taking Singulair. Now, I am a completely different person.

Was gonna start taking again because i'm back to using the OTC Spray I know after 5 months off i retreat right back to it guess i'll have to get my scrips refilled but i don't want to get depended on them either Just want to breath through my nose
Can i ask you what your side effects were when you were using Singulair It may help me remember why i stopped taking it

Just a thought- is Salt Cave therapy available in your area? This is one I'm thinking about because of my hayfever.
