I'm enjoying a not quite lowcarb cheese and triscuits while I finalize my 9th medieval novel which goes live tomorrow. Are you snacking?

Snacking on Cashews, roasted and salted, while recovering from my last road trip and filling in the remainder of my Book Club entries.

Cashews are a good snack! I wish we had some almonds. I'll have to put those on the list.

My favorite snacks are raw, unsalted nuts with dried cranberries. Sometimes with a piece of cheese.

I love raw nuts too. Raw almonds were today's snack.

Jilly-

I rarely think to mix raw nuts with dried fruit, only for camping trips do I think of it. It's such a great treat, not sure why its not at the top of my list.

Had a snack of Dannon light & fit lowcarb yogurt. What are some of your go-to snacks when you're hungry?

Snacking on TGIF's spinach-and-artichoke dip with celery sticks. Quite tasty, and healthy too smile What's your go-to snack?
