I know that some believe that colour affects mood but I was interested to find out if it's something you've experienced. Do you regularly use color for lifting your mood? If so, which ones? What are your thoughts about colour and mood?

As for my car color? It is silver. I purchased it used when I was thinking about pursuing my MFT (marriage, family therapy) license. But I changed my mind about that. Now it feels a bit staid for me. I don't know what car color I really like best.

I've recently begun to follow Ayurvedic practices to improve my physical, mental, and spiritual health. Purple is the color that I should wear to balance out my dosha. I can't say that it has worked, but I do like purple!
