Healthy Recipe: Pasta Salad
It's so easy to make a pasta salad at the beginning of the week and snack on it all week long.
Let the pasta be the secondary part of the salad.
Choose whole grain or gluten free pasta.
In addition to the pasta, chop up cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, olives, baby spinach leaves, and artichoke hearts.
Add black beans or garbanzo beans.
You can douse your salad with store bought Italian dressing and let it marinate. Or, consider making your own dressing for better flavor and higher health.
