I'm into martial arts, and meditation, breathing control, etc...are a big part of it. So yes, I meditate almost every day!

Meditation becomes a regular habit when repeated at the same time of day over a period of time - the body and mind sort of come to expect those moments of down time.

No.....I am finding that I don't have a lot of time or energy to do it lately, and my stress level is up. I need to get back on track somehow.

Taking the time for meditation helps keep me balanced. The most obvious way I see this? When I forget to make time for meditation, sleep becomes elusive.

You could try combining meditation time with another activity. For example, after brushing your teeth at night walk to your meditation spot and sit for a few minutes before going to bed.

I'm so pleased by all the views on this thread. I think it shows that so many of us want to meditate as one world and universal family. With all the scientific news coming out about how populated with suns even our own milky way is (4 billion stars), how could we possibly be the only civilization!
