Has anyone noticed recently that TV channels seem to be making a habit of showing the same show over and over. Many times the same movie back to back then to back even. Or the same episodes they show one day, they turn around and show the exact same episodes the next day.

To me, it's getting to be a bit overkill.

I've noticed that a lot lately. I thought I was losing my mind. Glad to know someone else noticed it too!

I like that it allows me to record an entire showing of something that I usually caught at the end.

That said, when I was going through a little down period, it was a little irritating. Then, I realized, I was frustrated with me because I was apparently in front of the TV too much (not talking about you, just dishing on me).

So, yes, I understand that frustration.

We record everything on DVR so only rarely watch live TV. Sometimes it helps to have things rebroadcast tho as we can only record 2 at a time.

I think they are running out of new shows to put on and they think if one show is on 5 times, it might snag an audience.
