I just uploaded my
Bend It Like Beckham Pilates Fatloss Workout. It was inspired by David Beckham who dropped from 13% to 8% bodyfat with his daily pilates exercise routine.
This simple workout kicked my abs and it only took 24 min. and requires zero equipment. So glad I was intermittent fasting yesterday. Made all that twisting and rolling much easier.
The routine you see in the video is the intermediate level. I did film 8 beginner and advanced modifications and will be posting up a second video with all those plus instructions next week
