I'm back. I spent a week in Bolivia near Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America. It went well. There were 8 of us in the group, and we were out every night observing the stars and constellations of the southern hemisphere. Skies were clear. One gentleman located 45 galaxies in a single night. We made day trips to Tiwanaku, a pre-Columbian archaeological site and to La Paz, the highest capital city in the world. The lake and the Andes were beautiful. They fed us well at the hotel, and I ate llama.
