Hi Elizabeth:

(1) Open up a NEW post.

(2) Go to the top of the NEW post and "click" on the 2nd icon from your left. It has something that looks like a ball and a paperclip or something close to that/lol.

(3) This will open up a spot for you to first insert the url from your new article's page. http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art38465.asp

After entering the url, you press OK.

(4) Then it will ask for the name of your link which will be the name of your article "Walking with Poles"...

**** I made the title "Walking with Poles by Elizabeth - Walking Editor" - but you make it whatever you want to.
