All great ideas. Here's some cities to consider that you might not have otherwise thought of. My first suggestion would be Prauge, only in the summer though. It's a beautiful and interesting city. It's also a lot cheaper than other European cities. You can go pretty crazy and not have to spend a lot of money. Budapest is like that too, the most expensive part would be the trip there, but once you're there everything is very affordable. Even Budapest Hotels are dirt cheap compared to some place like London or Rome. You could also opt to avoid the annoyances of travel and focus on the honeymoon itself. There's great options available in the U.S., Marthas Vineyard Hotels are very nice for a honeymoon. As are the hotels in Charleston, SC and even someplace like the Florida Keys.
