Do you think kids ought to be forced to take sex education class in school? If so why and if not why?

I think sex education should be offered. I do not think that it should be forced.

I agree with Connie. I also think that parents should be able to preview the curriculum before they send their kids to sex ed. It's the only way to make an informed decision.

Normally I would say yes because it should be informative and cover a lot of health related topics about your body and disease etc. However, I read an article recently were they said that the curriculum in NY schools was out of date (not sure if it meant the whole state).

Some of the information being given out was false and/or out of date so much so that they could be at risk of getting a STD if the believed some of the information.
