Having the air cleaner in your room could make a difference, even if you're using a c-pap machine. Cleaner air will help your body any time you cut down the levels of asthma and allergy triggers.

Well thank you I'm not waking up wheezing since i put the air cleaner in my bedroom
Sherry I hate to tell any one because i feel really bad i am very hard on my self
But this month would be 5 months since i last otc sprayed
And i am so disappointed with myself because I've sprayed 5 days this month i just couldn't breath through my nose Now i have to get the prescription nasal spray filled again and start all over
I don't want to get depended on scrips either I feel like it's a losing battle every one that comes to visit me gets stuffed up some say they hate coming here cause they always get stuffed up

I'm sorry I didn't respond to your comment about using nasal spray you made on 8/9/2012. I've been going through some health issues (other than allergies and asthma) and was pretty sick that day.

I'm sorry you were having so much trouble with nasal stuffiness. It's hard to live with that discomfort, and only human that you used your nasal sprays those few times. It's OK to use them occasionally--and not longer than for 3-4 days at time.

One thing I use to help with nasal stuffiness is nasal saline spray. You can find it online or at your local pharmacy. Saline nasal sprays are not addictive, and help to relieve swollen nasal tissues, along with clearing out allergens and other foreign substances.

I also clean my sinuses and nose with a sinus irrigation system--you can also use a neti pot. These work much the same as saline nasal sprays, but sinus irrigation systems also work to clean and moisturize your sinuses.

I hope these suggestions might help you and others who have nasal stuffiness and allergic asthma.

Don't be so hard on yourself--you understand the issue--and occasional use is OK. If you are still feeling badly about using nasal sprays, be sure to talk with your doctor, as they will be able to offer you the best advice on how to deal with the situation.
