In order for your body to digest well, it needs some healthy motion in its day. If you sit hunched over, you're squishing all your internal digestion areas! That's not good for it.

Do you get ample motion and walking in your daily life? How are you doing?

I aim for 10,000 steps a day. Today I hit 9481 so maybe I'll do some stepping in front of the TV while Bob watches the Tour de France. I have 3 hours left in the day! smile
