I love tea. Not only for the antioxidents in many of them, but for the great taste and relaxation.

Me too Debbie! I am surprised that no one like Rooibos tea. It is sooooo good. Dark red in colour, a wonderful aroma that sooths even the most frazzled nerves.

Everyone should try out a new tea today, you might be surprised at your new favourite.

Hello Bettina! I ran a survey and found that most people still are stuck on their love for simple black tea & simple green teas.

I of course sample all kinds of tea from the world over but American's haven't until recently experimented with tea. I think you'll see that as the popularity of tea continues to rise, more Americans will try new things.

I do love some Rooibus or redbush too!

Hello Mary,

As a Brit, I'm partial to my black tea...but I do hope there are more people like you that are willing to go outside the box and try something new - even just once.

Nice to see another Rooibus lover! Thank you kindly for your comments.

I like black tea and black tea blends like chai and fruited teas, as well as oolong. I also like herbals such as mint and chamomile, and blends that have these herbs and others including lemon grass, chicory, cinnamon, fruits, etc.

I have not tried the white teas or Rooibos. Is Rooibos a strong tea? I may just give it a try.

Hi Debbie, Rooibos isn't strong...at least I don't find it so. I find it actually very nice, with such a great aroma it mellows me instantly.

Try it, I think you will love it!

I like tea both with milk, and without. Did you know that tea was one of the key reasons the Industrial Revolution happened in the UK?

I've also had Redbush Tea- very pleasant smile

I drink tea all the day, every day. So I do anything and everything afterward. The one thing I consistently do is pee.
