Beautiful article, Lauren. It is pertinent to what I am experiencing now and the analogies you used are perfect for me.

Lately, the words "I AM" come to me all the time. It is something I feel. I AM. When people ask how I am doing, what am I doing or who am I, I feel compelled to respond by saying, "I AM."

I have been baking bread. And wearing butterfly rings (although butterflies, like birds, have been a personal totem for a long time).
