My cats are having a great summer. They bring in live grasshoppers, baby birds and baby snakes. It upsets me while they torment these critters to death. By the time they bring them in they are fatally bitten, so I don't intervene, but it's still disturbing.
I know cats will be cats, but still. Do you get used to this?
No, but I read recently not to give them a hard time, because they might not bring it to you...and that would mean they might hide it somewhere you'd least suspect or want. Don't need these things to go unnoticed.
Here's something worse than blech...one of our cats in love with our first born who was about 3 years old, left a dead mouse under her seat at the table. She found it after we got home and held it up by the tail asking what it was.
Jilly, I think i could deal with the grasshoppers and maybe birds but not the snakes yikes that would freak me out Also mice no mice Asia would probley bring it to me showing me what he caught Right now he's into tiny ants that are in my kitchen and little flying things I can deal with that
