BellaOnline Forums Health and Fitness Exercise New Improved Urban Rebounding Workouts

I wrote my first Rebounder Workouts article here at Bellaonline in 2002! and I have not used a rebounder to train clients or to workout since then so I tried a new type of urban rebounding workout yesterday that was incredibly challenging and way more fun than the rebounding workouts that were on the market 10 years ago.

A lot has changed since 2002 from types of rebounding workouts to quality of rebounders and accessories too. I'm working on a new article about this so post questions below if you have them.
