So many people who build home gyms spend thousands of dollars on fancy machines like treadmills, bikes, rowers, weight racks, cable machines, pilates machines, wii fit, etc. They often admit that they hardly ever use all this stuff which is such a waste of money and space.
The #1 exercise machine ever is your own body. If you know how to use it you don't even need dumbbells or resistance bands or balls or any other gadgets. Fitness gear is fun to buy and use but your body is really the only thing you need to get an excellent cardio strength and flexibility workout.
