While unemployed we tend to stop taking care of ourselves either due to lack of funds are just plain old depression.
Surround yourself with "positive" folks - stay away from the ones that just do not understand what it is like to feel the way you are feeling.
Next, set up a routine - get out of that bed every day no matter how your insides are feeling.
Bottom line, you determined the outcome of each day and believe it or not - it does get better!
Why?
Our bodies have a way of helping us through the tough times if we do our part - get out of that bed!!!!
Before long, that income source will be in your life...
