Have you ever come home with great intentions, maybe to cook a healthy meal or go for a long walk, and just like that you lose your motivation. If you have clutter there's a strong chance the clutter is causing you to make unhealthy choices. Declutter these areas and better health can be yours.

Hi Kelly,

I enjoyed reading your article and particularly liked the section on 'Emotionally charged clutter'.

As you say, people tend to keep bits and pieces that remind them of the past, but they don't realise just how negative some of it can actually make them feel.

Great article, Kelly Jayne. Thank you.

Not only does clutter affect mental and emotional states, but clutter does affect us physically as well. Clutter attracts dust and impedes air flow. Best to get it gone and free up the space for a cleaner, fresher, and healthier environment all around.
