Crucnhyroll announced at its Anime Expo panel that it will be its streaming application to the PlayStation 3 and Samsung Smart TVs. An app for PlayStation Vita is scheduled to follow later this year.
Availability of the PS3 app will start off in the U.S. and Canada. Crunchyroll will be offering a 30-day free trial to users who download the app from the PlayStation Network.
The Crunchyroll app will be available from the Samsung Smart TV Smart Hub in July 2012.
