Green Time and Attention Deficit Disorder

Unless you are living where they are forecasting snow, this looks like a good week to get some green time for your kids and yourself.

I had a nice little walk today. So relaxing, even though it was a city walk, not so much green space.

I know green spaces help for me. They don't have to be green though - it's all colors of browns and reds here. That is nice too.

It's great just getting out into nature.
