For me it's a matter of balance. Body image is everything, but body fat is an important component of body image, and also affects how I perceive myself. Every time I leave the gym I know I didn't lose a significant amount of weight from that specific time, but I still feel good about myself. That feeling is all body image.

Having a healthy weight. There is no way that I could have a positive body image with extra weight.
