When it comes to Best Choice Pepper Jack and Triscuit, I need to limit myself. It is just such a magical combination.

Today I had an Easy Tostada with Henning's Chipotle Cheese. I dressed the tostada with Corn Bean Salad.

I have a new delicious hot cheese. It's called Heartland Brimstone. This gouda cheese has habenero and jalapeno bits in it for a lovely slow burn.
